2 cod filets
1 red onion
2 red peppers
1 spoons of olive oil
1 spoon of sugar
seasalt and pepper
Chop the onion, slice the peppers very thin, skin the tomatoes, take the
seeds out and cut into small cubes. Cut the chives.
Cut the peel of 2 limes. Mix the juice of all 6 limes with the olive oil,
vegetables and herbs.
Cut the fish into cubes and mix with the marinade. Leave for at least 30 minutes
or even better for 3 hours in the fridge.
Decorate the ceviche with course ground pepper. Mix with avocado or serve
in avocado halves. Serve with toast and some green salad.
